Same price and discount as the Capitals, but it earns the higher rank on availability alone: sizes run all the way from 7 up to 7 7/8, including the rarely-stocked big fits. No. 3 -- Colorado Eagles "Realtree Noir"
$17.00, down from $48.45, at Anthem Shop 🇨🇦. Read that number twice. A 65% reduction on a minor-league Colorado Eagles fitted in a darker "noir" Real Tree treatment. Only 7 1/4 and 7 3/4 remain, and the shop is Canadian, so expect Canadian dollars at checkout. But a cut this deep on a camo fitted is precisely the sort of anomaly this agency exists to report.
No. 2 -- Tampa Bay Devil Rays 2000 Spring Training "Real Tree UV"
$35.00, down from $50.00, at Fresh Rags FL. A whisker from the top, and it took a special hat to keep it there. Take a beloved throwback -- the 2000 Devil Rays spring training mark, all faded-Florida charm -- wrap it in Real Tree, and finish it with a UV underbrim. It is nostalgia and camo and a green bottom in one cap. Sizes 7 1/8 to 7 3/8. On most weeks this is the winner.
No. 1 -- Seattle Mariners "Compass in the Woods" Real Tree
$29.99, down from $59.99, at So Fresh Clothing. The top of the board, and it earns it on every count: a full 50% off, the lowest sale price of the five, and a So Fresh exclusive you will not find on a shelf elsewhere. The "Compass in the Woods" pairs the Mariners' trident with a proper woodland Real Tree, and it comes in a genuine size run -- 7, 7 1/8, 7 1/2, 7 3/4, and 8 -- so the big fits are covered too. Half off a hard-to-find custom camo fitted is the sort of lead a detective dreams about. This is the one I would clear a shelf for.
